In season 2 of GA event, most buff effects rate have been nerf from x2 to x1.75. For anti-destruction rate is from x0.5 (reduce 2 times) to x0.4 (reduce 40%). In addition, they are also make 3 levels for each buff, hunt more for higher rate. The buff last for 5 minutes from 10 minutes in previous event with condition which can be obtain once per day.
For the potential tier up rate just multiply the increase rate, it just a slightly increase. Scroll success rate is also just multiply the increase rate, basic calculation. I won't talk more about these.
Okay, how to calculate the boom rate (destruction rate) after success rate x1.75? First need to know is how to calculate the boom rate, what is the calculation formula. The boom rate is split from the failed rate by certain percentage.
For example start from 12 Stars having boom rate, the enhance UI shown 40% Pass, 59.4% Drop, 0.6% Boom. The boom rate actually is 1% from Failed rate 60% (100% - 40% Pass).
So if you taken success rate x1.75 buff with reduce 40% destruction rate buff, you need calculate pass rate first, only calculate fail rate and then drop/maintain rate with boom rate.
Example 12 Stars again, 40% x1.75 the Pass rate will be 70%. Then 30% is fail, split it will be 29.7% Drop and 0.3% Boom (30% x1%). Thus, with GA buff the Boom rate 0.3% x0.6 = 0.18%. Final: 70% Pass, 29.82% Drop, 0.18% Boom.
